Job Summary:

A leading Outsourcing/BPO company is seeking a highly skilled Danish-speaking Cross-Border Sales Specialist to join their team in Málaga, Spain. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

About the Role:

This challenging role involves serving as the primary contact for clients, driving sales strategy, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing world-class customer engagement experiences.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain high daily activity, minimum ~60-90 activities/day, and effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
  • Native/Fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral.
  • Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience required.
