Technical Support Specialist for Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Grupo Crit in Tenerife. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and web
- Evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints
- Analyze customer issues and develop plans for resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and author knowledge base submissions
- Participate in training activities and stay up-to-date with new technologies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in French (Mandatory languages)
- Basic PC skills and good communication skills
- Availability to work in shifts: 7x24 (40 hours per week - 5 days per week)
