Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year
Job Description:
We are looking for a Growth Outbound Manager to scale our outbound strategy and generate highly qualified opportunities for our growing sales pipeline and new client acquisition. As part of the Marketing team, you will be based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) and report directly to the CMO.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sale pipeline generation through outbound campaigns
- Data enrichment, email copywriting, campaign launch, and reporting
- Defining objectives, tracking, and reporting on campaign success
- Ensuring leads are well-contacted and converted into new customers
- Closely collaborating with teammates from different functions
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a first experience of 2 years in Outbound, fluency in French and English, and analytical skills to base your actions on reporting. You should also be curious, always eager to test new tools, and business-oriented.
