As an International Sales Growth Specialist, you'll be instrumental in driving our global expansion, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
This role is perfect for a driven individual with 2-3 years of experience in creating outbound pipelines. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, requiring adaptability, resilience, and a passion for continuous learning.
Your primary objective will be to source, qualify, and contact potential customers aligned with our ideal customer profiles. Daily outreach activities will include calls, emails, and social media interactions, all aimed at generating high-quality leads that can be nurtured into successful deals.
You'll work closely with our marketing team to research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop targeted campaigns to reach our sales targets. Your ability to analyze data, stay up-to-date on market trends, and master product knowledge will be essential in consistently meeting or exceeding activity metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in both German and English. A strong work ethic, coupled with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively within our international team, is crucial for success.
