We're seeking an ambitious Sales Growth Specialist to join our Sales Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for researching new clients in the Nordic Market, developing targeted campaigns to enhance growth, and presenting our solution to various stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).

You will collaborate closely with the Sales Executive and the entire Sales Team, providing valuable input and insights to drive business growth. Your role is critical in shaping our sales strategy and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**
• Research and identify new business opportunities in the Nordic Market
• Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to enhance growth
• Present our solution to various stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Sales Executive and the Sales Team to drive business growth

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

We're looking for someone with native-level proficiency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Icelandic and excellent English skills. You should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or hold a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field. Additionally, you must possess:

• Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
• Hunger: you're eager to take on challenges and continuously raise the bar
• Flexibility: you're comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

We also appreciate previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups.
