We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Growth Specialist who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Your role in BizAway will involve managing the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year. You will research and prospect for new clients in various international markets, run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints, present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.), and lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract.
As a key member of our Sales Team, you will forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline, and work closely with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop. You will also proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
You will have an excellent level of English and a native level of one of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, Slovenian, Greek, Lithuanian, Latvian, Romanian. You will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, a 'No excuses' attitude, and be eager to take on challenges and raise the bar every day.
