Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signature, at least in the first year.

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Develop and execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Present our solution to various stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR directors, office managers, and travel managers.
  • Conduct live demos of our platform to qualified prospects and lead negotiations from discovery to contract.
  • Forecast sales revenue and provide visibility into your deal pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
