Job Description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Your role will involve managing the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and prospecting new clients in the DACH region
  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
  • Presenting our solution to C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
  • Forecasting Sales Revenue and providing visibility of your deal pipeline
  • Being an evangelist of our solution and attending fairs and public events if necessary
  • Defining Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
  • Working with SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Proactively proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
  • An "No Excuses" attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance
