We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive Team Lead to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a player-coach capacity, leading a small team of Sales Executives while actively participating in closing contracts.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This Sales Executive Team Lead will lead negotiations with potential clients from discovery through to contract, present our innovative solution to stakeholders, conduct live demos, and run outbound campaigns to build a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from discovery through to contract
  • Present our innovative solution to a range of stakeholders
  • Conduct live demos of the platform to qualified prospects
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to build a strong pipeline
  • Support the growth of team members by providing individual coaching and training during sales calls
  • Forecast sales revenue, providing full visibility of your own and your team's deal pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR team to enhance pipeline quality through a positive feedback loop
  • Propose strategies, actions, and campaigns proactively to improve the sales process and drive growth

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need proficiency in French and English at a near-native level, at least 2 years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive in a tech-driven company, and a 'no excuses' attitude, hunger for growth, and proactivity.
