Job SummaryThis role involves leading a team of Sales Executives while actively contributing to contract negotiations, client presentations, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate contracts with potential clients from discovery through to closure.
- Present our innovative solution to stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
- Conduct live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
- Raise your voice in outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to build a strong pipeline.
- Develop team members by providing individual coaching and training during sales calls.
- Forecast sales revenue, ensuring full visibility of your own and your team's deal pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the SDR team to enhance pipeline quality through positive feedback loops.
- Propose strategies, actions, and campaigns proactively to drive growth and improvement.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English at a near-native level.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive in a tech-driven environment.
