Are you looking to take your sales career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

Your Role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for executing and achieving sales quota and targets, identifying and qualifying prospects, and passing leads on to country or reseller teams. You will also focus on driving profitability through proactive management, tracking and managing ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline, and reviewing client satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will provide timely response and resolution to incoming customer or partner calls regarding customer inquiries and requests.
What We Offer
We are committed to providing our employees with a competitive compensation package, including:
- A salary of €22,000 gross per year
- A bonus up to €3,000 gross per year
- A great office location in Barcelona
- Full-time contract: 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A proficient or bilingual level of German with an advanced English level
- Strong communication skills
- A solid sales background
- Achievement and goal-oriented mindset
- Good computer skills
- Prior experience in B2B sales (a plus)
