Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role in B2B sales. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing detailed information about our products and services, and driving the sales process to close deals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Research and Outreach: Conduct detailed research to support targeted outreach for high-value prospects in partnership with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Handle Inquiries: Handle inquiries from potential customers, initiate warm lead calls, and use strategic questioning to uncover client needs and interests.
  • Qualify Leads: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and manage their progress through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain Client Accounts: Maintain client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and engagement to support retention and upsell efforts.
  • Provide Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, pricing, and service options, while positioning new offerings using a consultative sales approach.
