About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales and Business Development Professional to join our rapidly growing team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses, introducing them to our platform, and driving growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blding connections with local businesses, cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, and independent food retailers
  • Cold-acquisition, primarily through phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Introducing potential partners to the world of Too Good To Go, training them on how to use the app, and advising on finding the best possible solution for food waste
  • Working with the team to research the market, identify decision-makers, and generate interest in Too Good To Go
Requirements
  • Expert relationship builders who can quickly connect and empathize with potential partners
  • Confident cold-callers with high call volumes
  • Excellent listeners and communicators who know how to ask the right questions to identify prospects' needs while presenting our proposition with clarity and passion
  • Proactive business development, calling, and visiting new prospects with tenacity to succeed even when things get tough

Salary Information

Estimated salary range: 24,000 - 26,000 + Bonus
