About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at MongoDB. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities for our sales organization.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous parental leave policy.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our partners in both Sales and Marketing to build fanatical customer enthusiasm around MongoDB. This involves:

  • Identifying high-potential businesses that would be a good fit to work with MongoDB across your region.
  • Developing and leading inbound and outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified call.
  • Building strong relationships with our marketing team and Account Executives to maximize the win for our business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A self-starter mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (native level).
  • Time management skills and ability to work either independently or through coaching.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or any related field.
