About the Role

This position involves identifying and approaching key decision-makers in potential customer organizations to generate leads for our Business Development Managers.

Qualify and develop value propositions for prospects, while reporting to the BDM and managing sales activities in our CRM system.

Key responsibilities include developing compelling sales strategies, building trust with prospects, and efficiently managing leads to meet sales-related KPIs.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in sales, ideally in a tech business with hands-on experience in technology and software solutions.

Candidates with a university degree in business or industrial engineering, and proficiency in Spanish and English, will be considered.

This role requires enthusiasm for new technologies, a willingness to learn, and the ability to network and understand customer value chain concepts.
