Company Overview: At Games Workshop, we're looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team in Barcelona. As a Business Development Sales Professional, you'll play a crucial role in helping us expand our client base across Europe.
Salary: Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of €35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission that can take your earnings up to €40,600 annually. This ensures you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
Job Description
- Proactively engage with potential independent retailers through cold calling to showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone to identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A confident communicator with the ability to capture attention and have a great conversation.
- Able to thrive on surpassing targets and embracing challenges.
- Resilient in the face of rejection, demonstrating persistence and determination.
- Naturally skilled in sales with the ability to guide and influence decision making.
