The Role
We're seeking a highly driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for structuring our commercial approach, optimizing opportunity handling, and driving sales growth. You'll dive deep into our proven methods, understanding our technology, client needs, and sales strategies to create lasting impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Owning the Sales Process: Identify and engage with logistics providers and e-commerce players to build a strong pipeline.
- Staying Curious: Continuously learn about the market and client needs to deliver impactful presentations that demonstrate how our products address their operational challenges.
- Building Strong Relationships: Foster trust and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations with confidence, securing agreements that reflect the strengths and value of our offerings.
- Handling Client Issues Professionally: Address client issues or complaints with efficiency, ensuring a positive experience and long-term loyalty.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
