Localsoft, S.L., a world-class localization company, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive global growth in the translation industry. Based in Málaga (Spain), we operate locally and internationally, serving clients from various sectors, including Games, IT, Legal, and Business. Our modern office in the Málaga TechPark offers a unique work environment surrounded by green spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales for the translation industry, with a proven track record of success. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, boost sales, and contribute to our long-term business growth.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Build trust and relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage full sales cycle from creating value, quoting, negotiating terms and conditions to closing deals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, guide, mentor, monitor, and direct translation sales team to meet and surpass sales quotas.
  • Pipeline Management: Follow up on pipelines for business expansion and drive language service sales to multi-million dollar levels.
