Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Growth Professional to join our team in Barcelona. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
- Provide expert assistance to clients and partners through consultative account management
- Research new sales opportunities within existing portfolios of accounts
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management and sales pipeline tracking
- Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls

Requirements

- Native or proficient in English with advanced communication skills
- Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
- Strong achievement-oriented and self-motivated individual
- Previous experience working with channels and dynamic sales environments
- Goal-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for sales growth

Benefits

- Full-time contract with 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package of €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
