Your Role
We seek an ambitious Global Business Growth Ambassador to join our team. As a key member, you'll assist Sales Representatives in lead generation and sales reporting activities. Your responsibilities will include generating new business through outbound calls and social media referrals, maintaining relationships with end-users, and collaborating with our marketing team to create strategies that drive sales.
Main Responsibilities/Functions
- Work closely with partners, prospects, and existing clients to sell software licensing and professional services across various business units.
- Follow up on deal generation and upsell opportunities identified by the BIT care teams.
- Collaborate with our customer success team to identify new deal opportunities, generate quotes, and document SOWs.
- Continuously learn about our products and service offerings to provide improved value to our sales cycle.
- Maintain and grow existing leads, conduct customer surveys, and develop sales strategies.
- Promote company products and services, prepare commercial and pricing documents, and provide prompt responses to all customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
- Experience with CRM software, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong time management and organizational skills, and ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent English language communication, with additional language skills such as Spanish desired.
