Senior Account Manager Position for Technology Sales

We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to establish strong relationships with our clients in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of securing new customer wins and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for aligning our value proposition with the needs of our customers, identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell, and collaborating with our local teams to drive pipeline growth. You will also be expected to monitor performance indicators, such as hand-off rate, close rate, and revenue recapture, and work closely with our sales team to achieve our targets.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a relocation package, health insurance, performance bonuses, and other benefits. You will also receive paid training and enjoy a flexible working schedule from Monday to Friday between 09:00-18:00 with weekends off.
