Main Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Analyze and present performance and forecast figures to stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Hiring and Expansion: Develop and execute hiring and expansion plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with HOB to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Team Development: Monitor and develop the operational teams, ensuring they meet targets and KPIs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years: Experience as a Team Manager (inside or outside Teleperformance).
  • Last 2 quarters: Overall performance over 100%.
  • Education: University degree.
  • Language: Excellent level of English.
  • Skills: Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year (depending on experience) + benefits package including:

  • Full-time position: 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
  • Permanent Contract: With opportunities for career growth.
