Job Purpose:

As the Head of Commercial Strategy & Data Management, you will lead a dynamic team that combines commercial strategy and data intelligence, driving transformation and maximizing commercial potential.

Your Mission:

Inspire and coordinate a team of Business Developers across multiple regions to achieve and exceed commercial targets, ensuring flawless execution and planning at every stage. Act as the strategic bridge between our salesforce and distributor teams, optimizing collaboration and providing necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Commercial Execution: Inspire and coordinate a team of Business Developers in each region to achieve and exceed commercial targets, ensuring flawless execution and planning at every stage.">
  • Master Data Intelligence: Oversee the Data Systems team to structure, qualify, and streamline commercial data, ensuring its direct impact on e-commerce, CRM, and reporting.">
  • Build the Future of Data-Driven Commerce: Design and promote innovative strategies that connect data analysis with commercial efficiency, ensuring every decision is backed by insights.">
