We are now focused on expanding to the US market after securing a series-B funding in September 2024.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Revenue Operations Coordinator to support our revenue operations function. This role will drive efficiency and alignment across our growth functions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and optimization of processes that directly impact revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain CRM and revenue tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and creating dashboards for growth tracking and reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, document processes, and support automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams on revenue goals and provide operational support.
  • Revenue Analysis: Track metrics like pipeline health and retention, providing actionable insights to guide strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an operations, data analysis, or similar role, preferably within a revenue or sales operations team.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS Metrics.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
