Job Description

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in monitoring our revenue KPIs and ensuring the effective execution of sales operations processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking business results and monitoring production KPIs concerning our CRM system;
  • Creating and updating automations related to sales operations processes to ensure maximal effectiveness;
  • Gathering and analyzing data to understand problems and address them proactively;
  • Supervising KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and providing actionable information for team leaders and managers;
  • Taking an active part in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or other positions related to business development project management;
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills;
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce;
  • Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills;
  • Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills;
