Sales Operations Business Partner

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our Sales Operations team as a Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Sales Leaders to drive market and segment-specific analyses, uncover insights, and develop recommendations to improve sales performance. You will also be responsible for conceptualizing and piloting new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles and compensation plans.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus, 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics, and excellent communication skills. You should have the ability to write SQL queries, navigate Salesforce, and use business intelligence tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker). Experience with databases and data analysis is also required.
The estimated salary for this role is around $140,000-$200,000 per year, based on location and experience.
