Senior Sales Strategy

As a Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst at MongoDB, you will be part of the Sales Operations team that drives growth and efficiency in our sales organization. This role is responsible for analyzing business rules, piloting new sales roles, optimizing the sales process, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics, with a strong quantitative background (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.). You should have excellent communication skills, ability to write SQL queries, and proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker). Experience with Salesforce and databases is also required.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
