About the Role
We are seeking a Global Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role combining data-driven analysis and business operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing global sales processes, driving impactful projects, and enhancing sales productivity. Key responsibilities include generating actionable insights, streamlining sales operations, creating training programs, analyzing sales execution, and collaborating with market stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Actionable Insights: Conduct research projects, run experiments, and analyze CRM data to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and better decision-making.
- Optimize Sales Rep Productivity: Drive product and CRM automations, streamline sales operations, and redefine routines to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create Enablement Tools: Develop and deliver training programs and enablement tools to help sales teams sell more effectively and efficiently across all markets.
- Analyze and Improve Sales Execution: Shadow sales representatives to identify gaps in pitch strategies and execution, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Leverage Data Expertise: Query and manage data using tools like Tableau and SQL to provide dashboards, reports, and insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in sales operations or a similar business-oriented role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and optimize complex processes.
Salary and Benefits
