We create digital apps and software solutions for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients to enable seamless collaboration and enhance the patient journey.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the development of our Global Sales Excellence function, a critical component in driving future growth.
  • Generate insights through research projects, experimentation, CRM data analysis, and more.
  • Boost sales rep productivity with automations, sales operations optimization, and routine redefinition.
  • Establish best practices through cross-market sharing and external expertise.
  • Enable global sales teams to excel with better training and enablement tools.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align on project direction and status.
  • Manage selected project portfolios, overseeing monitoring, issue resolution, and more.

You'll Work Closely With: Lluís, our Global Head of Sales Excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • STEM or business educational background.
  • Experience in sales, both as a representative and in sales excellence/enablement teams.
  • Technical expertise in working with large datasets: Tableau/Power BI, reporting tools, SQL, and databases.
  • Prior experience in business analysis and modeling, data science (Python), and knowledge of key algorithms.
  • Able to navigate complex organizations and communicate effectively.
