About the Role

You'll be responsible for collaborating with regional leadership to design and execute revenue strategies that align with company goals and priorities. You'll analyse regional performance metrics, identify trends, opportunities, and gaps, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Strategy Development: Design and execute revenue strategies that align with company goals and priorities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse regional performance metrics, identify trends, opportunities, and gaps, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management
  • Process Optimisation: Streamline the sales and implementation cycle, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates across the region
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive revenue-generating efforts
  • Performance Tracking and Forecasting: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to accurate revenue forecasting and planning processes
  • Technology Oversight: Manage and optimise the use of sales and marketing technologies (CRM and analytics tools) to support revenue operations

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our revenue operations. You'll work closely with regional sales teams, sales leaders, and cross-functional departments such as marketing, finance, and customer success.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
