The Role: Enterprise Account Executive for German Market ExpansionThis role involves leveraging your expertise to drive growth in Germany by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting, sales calls, and rapport-building within a designated book of business
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs, and providing additional Semrush Solutions to optimize growth
- Identifying and closing cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using the Semrush suite of products
- Delivering a value-based selling experience to our customers based on automation and customer behavior
- Working with a CSM to ensure high customer retention within your book of business
- Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly activities to reach targets (KPIs, such as number of calls, connections, demos, emails, etc.)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry in an Enterprise sales role, with a successful track record of consistently closing >$250k ARR deals
- Highly organized and structured to drive consistent success
- Customer-focused - Drive an exceptional customer experience
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Sales Methodology trained - Whether it is Sandler, Challenger, Spin, MEDDIC or others
- Near-native German and English, both written and oral
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales
- SaaS or MarTech Experience
