About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our DACH region team. As the first point of contact for Criteo, you will provide exceptional customer support to clients via email or live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer proactive and timely assistance to clients with campaign setup, budgets, creatives, technical issues, billing, and payments
  • Evaluate and resolve client inquiries related to advertising campaigns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate performance-related questions and ensure prompt resolution
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to explain complex concepts simply
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software, Excel, and other business tools is beneficial

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
