Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a permanent contract with a basic salary of 24,310€ gross/year plus a sales bonus package of 3,000€ gross/year.
A fantastic relocation package is available for the successful candidate, including flight to Barcelona from a European airport, airport pickup in Barcelona, and 4 weeks of accommodation on arrival, plus an additional relocation bonus of 600€ paid in the 2nd month.
Job DescriptionThis position holds immense potential for making a significant impact on business success within a target-driven environment. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be providing expert guidance to business clients on their online advertising campaigns.
You will work towards achieving individual sales targets while collaborating with a dynamic sales team to expand the client customer base across the DACH region.
In this role, you will work with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their online advertising campaigns, handling a high volume of potential clients through phone calls and assisting them with PPC Campaigns.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, the successful candidate must have:
- Fluency in German and a good command of English;
- Previous experience in sales and/or online advertising roles;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona where you can work a few days per week from your home office.
The onboarding process includes assistance with finding accommodation and helping you settle into your new city.
