Customer Service Representative for DACH Region

Donaldson, a leading technology and innovation company, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support its growth in the DACH region. This temporary position (6 months) offers an exciting opportunity to join a multicultural work environment and contribute to the success of our customers.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with fluent German and English to handle customers' purchasing orders and develop strong relationships with assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics, and possess excellent communication and administrative skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing, monitoring, and following up on customers' purchasing orders
- Providing effective service and administrative support for assigned customers
- Coordinating internally with other departments to keep all aware of customer activities
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
- Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
- Familiarity with Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM
What we offer:

- Flexible working schedule (7:30 - 9:30 to 16:30 - 18:30)
- Daily shuttle bus from Pl. Cataluña and Pl. España (Barcelona) to our office in Terrassa
- Competitive salary & monthly meal allowance
- Hybrid working model (3 days of remote work per week)
Initial training is provided in the office for 1 month. We encourage applicants with a pro-active attitude, ability to multitask, manage time, and adapt to changes.
Estimated salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
