About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Success Specialist to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of our Commerce Media Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Criteo clients in the DACH region, providing timely and effective support through email and live chat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues, including campaign setup, budgets, creatives, technical issues, billing, and payments.
  • Educate clients on the optimal use of our Advertising Platform, providing personalized guidance and support to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tracking performance metrics such as reply time, resolution time, and CSAT.
About You

  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A client-centric approach, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
