Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Renewal Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end, identifying and helping mitigate roadblocks at an early stage, ensuring successful, on-time execution of processes and contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with colleagues in Customer Success and/or Sales teams to provide seamless support during renewals
  • Identify commercial opportunities to increase Customer's utilization of the OneTrust platform
  • Manage client stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key individuals

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French
  • Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions is preferred
