Travel Industry Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our team in the travel industry. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Act as a liaison between customers and accommodation suppliers to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes to ensure high-quality customer service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- C2 level Finnish language proficiency
- Advanced English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
- Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
- Positive, motivated mindset
- Goal-oriented work approach
- Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
Offer:
- 38.5h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
- Available shift: 09:00-20:00h (Rotatory)
- Starting with a Temporary Contract that will evolve into a Permanent contract for a long term based on business needs
- Holidays: 27 working days of holidays/year

Salary: A competitive salary will be offered based on the candidate's qualifications and experience, estimated to be around €28,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on location.
