Job DescriptionThis role is perfect for an experienced process expert who's enthusiastic about customer service and has a flair for optimizing business operations. As a key member of our Contact Center & Travel Operations team, you'll be responsible for evaluating and defining processes across contact channels, teams, and use cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and design processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration and meet customer needs.
- Develop action plans and implement process improvements based on data analysis.
- Maintain process maps, workflows, and diagrams to ensure clarity and understanding.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of two years of call center experience, preferably in the travel sector. Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience dealing with processes, quality, business analysis, or project management. Strong analytical skills, linguistic proficiency in English (C1/C2), and familiarity with CRM systems are essential. Bonus points if you have Salesforce knowledge or experience working with Amadeus and/or other reservation systems.
