We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Process Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing efficient customer service processes that meet the company's strategic goals.
Job Description
The Customer Service Process Architect will be responsible for architecting and maintaining standardized and efficient customer service processes worldwide. This includes benchmarking among industry peers, working cross-functionally, and driving process-related innovations. The successful candidate will also participate in steering bodies to steer and monitor process improvements and scope changes.
Key Accountabilities
• Architect of customer service processes
• Functional Expert on customer service processes, methodologies, and its application in SAP tool
• Design and improve managed process ensuring compliance to applicable regulations
• Drive process implementation, adherence, and change management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Excellent knowledge of customer service processes and methodologies
• Experience with SAP tool and other relevant software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Networking/Key Relationships
This role requires frequent interaction with members of the supply chain, including directors, managers, team leaders, and representatives. You will also communicate regularly with Werfen affiliates, including sales, finance, technical service, logistics, accounts receivable, and planning teams.
