Job Description
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Amadeus customers via phone, e-service, and other media, ensuring effective first contact resolution. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing solutions using full product knowledge and escalating issues when necessary
- Logging cases accurately in the Amadeus tool for meaningful reports and analysis
- Ensuring efficient case handling by following support processes and tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a problem solver who takes initiative to get things done, with previous significant experience in similar positions (Help desk, Customer Care) or experience as a travel agent. Proficiency in French and English is required, and Italian knowledge is beneficial.
