Job Summary:

  • Provide customer support via email and phone for a prestigious travel company
  • Understand and identify customer needs, providing accurate information and following set processes
  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times

Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customer inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements
  • MEDIATE BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS AND ACCOMMODATION SUPPLIERS WORLDWIDE
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • Slovenian: C2 level and advanced English
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills (written and spoken)
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
  • Positive, motivated mindset to deal with challenging customer problems
  • Goal-oriented work approach
  • Affinity with Accommodation platforms
  • Experience in customer service or contact center environments valued

Salary Estimate: €25-29 per hour based on industry standards and location. Temporary contract with 38.5 hours/week (Monday to Sunday), available shifts from 09:00 to 20:00.
