Travel Industry Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our Prestigious Travel Company in Barcelona, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to work with international travellers and provide top-notch customer service.
About the RoleAs a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for listening to, responding to, and mediating between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, and technical requirements
- Providing precise information and following established processes via email and phone
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Key Requirements- Languages: Proficient in Icelandic (C2 level) and advanced English
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical Skills: Proficient with PC usage, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms
- Mindset: Problem-solving, solution-oriented, positive, and motivated, capable of handling challenging customer issues
Able to work both from the office and remotely, this role offers great opportunities for learning and career growth within our industry-leading department. You will receive three weeks of initial training and ongoing personal coaching.
