About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As an Icelandic-speaking representative, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to international travelers and accommodation suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Listen to and understand the needs of international travelers and accommodation suppliers.
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, following set procedures to resolve inquiries.
  • Respond to and mediate between travelers and accommodation providers to resolve issues related to payments, services, and technical requirements.
  • Clarify service details and offer clear, accurate information on processes and requirements.
  • Follow established workflows and escalation processes to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Native or proficient Icelandic (C2) and advanced English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or contact center environment is highly valued.
  • Able to handle customer challenges with a solution-driven and positive approach.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, CRM databases, and internal platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with diverse international customers.
