Your Role

">As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to client requests through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and travel request by our platform. You will also enter customer information into our system to issue reservations or update bookings, make reservations for clients through the platform, and explain rules and procedures to use our service in the platform.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction">
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients">
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge">

Requirements

">To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Strong customer service skills and experience working in a call center or customer-facing role">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines">
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred">
  • At least 3 years of previous experience helping customers in any capacity/line of work">
  • Fluency in Spanish (B2 and up) and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus">
  • Availability to work in shifts (07:00 to 00:00)">
  • Pass pre-employment skills testing and background check">
