Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Grifols. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between Customer Service, Logistics, and Technical Service to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage orders and allocate product batches to meet customer demands
  • Process sales orders in SAP and monitor warehouse inventory
  • Organize logistics for product delivery, shipments, and transport follow-up
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
  • Prepare product or service reports by analyzing customer information
  • Maintain communication with customers and sales representatives to optimize service performance
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and logistics
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Desirable: degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, experience in export and logistics
