Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Accs - Ares Customer Care Solutions Gmbh. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international travelers and accommodation suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email and phone
  • Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements
  • Offer accurate information and follow set processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • C2 level of Slovenian and advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
  • Positive and motivated mindset
  • Goal-oriented work approach
  • Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km of the office)
