About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Customer Labs. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and close inbound calls to achieve quarterly quota
  • Respond to inbound emails in a timely and effective manner
  • Make outbound calls to recover orders or convert quotes to orders
  • Quote creation and follow-up
  • Maximize store revenue by upselling and cross-selling
  • Awareness of online store promotions and campaigns
  • Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
  • Stock availability
  • Provide cross-language backup as needed
  • Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests

Requirements:

  • Dutch native level speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Customer-driven and motivated to work in sales
  • Achievement and target-oriented
  • IT knowledge and technical understanding
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
