Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing frontline service to customers, routing their calls to the appropriate department, and ensuring agreed KPIs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient service in answering customer queries.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products.

Requirements:

  • Spanish native speaker.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer services experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent customer focus and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • IT literate - Previous Salesforce knowledge an advantage.

Benefits:

  • Full-time contract, 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary 18461.68€ gross/year.
