Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Industry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global technology and services leader that powers the brands of the future. As an Automotive Industry Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, chat, and other automated alerts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming customer contacts and resolve users' demands efficiently.
  • Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
  • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
  • Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency or bilingualism in Danish and fluency in English.
  • 1 year of working experience in Customer Service.
  • Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configuration.
  • A good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
  • The ability to take ownership and progress calls to resolution or to escalate calls to resolution.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with electric vehicles.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €32,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and personal development.
