About the Role

At Toptalent, we are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries from customers and resolving their issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts and address user needs promptly.
  • Record call details in the call management system to ensure timely responses and resolutions within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products, particularly those tailored to individual customer applications.
  • Escalate potential service issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Adhere to all project processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs.
  • Provide coverage for other agents in their absence.
  • Collaborate with the team on specific projects when requested.
  • Fulfill administrative responsibilities, including managing holiday, sickness, and overtime records.
  • Participate in regular team meetings.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written) with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles is preferred.
  • Competency in IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent customer care skills with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
What We Offer

We offer an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. You can expect a higher salary from the 7th month. Our working schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team in a positive and friendly atmosphere. Additionally, you will receive 23 working days of paid annual leave and guidance and tools to reach your full potential.

The estimated monthly salary range for this role is €4,500 - €6,000, depending on experience.
